Founded in 2015, Direct Supply Teachers aim is to make sure that all teachers are paid a fair daily rate compared to other agencies. We do not advertise misleading daily rates like other agencies moreover we are not afraid to post our daily rate which most agencies don’t.
Direct Supply Teachers is a teaching agency for primary schools. Currently we are only seeking exceptional quality classroom teachers ranging from EYFS-Year 6. We fully support our teachers and schools and strive to match your requirements with our school’s needs. We have a small, open, honest and approachable team. Our pay rates are excellent and our schools are amazing. All teachers are paid £150 for a full days work.

Roles to suit you
Permanent: We can introduce you to a school for direct employment, based on how closely you match each other’s needs. We set up the interview and if you’re successful, you’ll become a direct employee of the school and paid an annual salary.
Long or short-term agency: You could have a mix of long and short-term assignments at one school, and you’ll be paid weekly. These positions are normally on an ongoing basis and could lead to a permanent role.
Daily supply: You’ll work on a short-term basis at a variety of schools in their local area. This is flexible, temporary work, with no required notice period.
